Eataly’s rooftop restaurant, Serra by Birreria, has transformed into Serra Alpina!
Inspired by a “winter greenhouse” in the Italian mountains, the winter edition of their rooftop restaurant is replete with a brand-new look and menu, including a cozy, mountain-inspired atmosphere, an extensive cider and winter cocktail menu, vino libero wines, and seasonal plates infused with Italian tradition.
Their new menu features Fonduta Valdostana, a take on Fondue from the region of Valle d’Aosta in northern Italy, served with Fingerling Potato, Otto Bread, and Root Vegetables, that is perfect to share.
