Feature film from, writer-director-actress, Galia Barkol sets NYC Premiere!
In an era and city that is pushing for more inclusion actresses, like Galia Barkol, have found empowerment to tell the stories that, until now, women have struggled to tell. MIA (Sundance Screenwriter’s Lab Semi-Finalist Script) is the story of an immigrant woman in NYC during an “in-between” moment of her life. The New York City premiere is set to occur at the 9th Annual SoHo International Film Festival.
