Festive and Delicious Holiday Cocktail Recipes

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Michael Bublé and Mariah Carey are filling your ears, a winter wonderland is a treat for your eyes… and for you palate?  Some delicious cocktails! While the snow falls down and you’re waiting up for Santa to crawl down your chimney, enjoy these festive holiday cocktails – from a classic warm apple cider to fun New Years Eve jello-shots, these are sure to be the most delicious part of your holiday!

Kim Crawford’s “Matcha Tea-Sear”

1 tbsp. matcha green tea powder
1/2 cup hot water
1/4 cup Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
1 tbsp. sugar
Gold leaf for garnish

Whisk matcha powder with water using bamboo whisk until smooth. Mix Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc with sugar. Combine tea and wine mixture. Garnish with gold leaf.

Mexican Eggnog

‘Rompope’, a type of eggnog, is enjoyed throughout the entire country of Mexico. This recipe takes a twist on the classic traditional drink.

1 part Tres Agaves Tequila
¾ parts Heavy Cream
1 part Coffee Liquor (such as Kahlua)
½ part Giffard Crème de Cacao
1 Egg Yolk

Add all ingredients in the shaker and dry shake (without ice); then add ice and shake, then strain into rocks glass.

Pink Glacier

2 oz. LEAF Vodka made from
Alaskan Glacial Water
1 oz. lime juice
.75 oz. simple syrup
.75 oz. pink grapefruit juice
.5 oz. cranberry juice
1 lime wedge

In a cocktail shaker, combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, simple syrup, vodka, and ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Add cranberry juice for color. Garnish with a lime.

Kim Crawford’s “Sauvignon Shimmer Cocktail

2.5 oz Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc
1 oz SVEDKA Vanilla
1 tsp honey syrup
1 dash Angostura bitters
2 tsp edible gold flake

Combine liquid ingredients and 1 tsp gold leaf with ice in a mixing glass. Stir with ice and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Sprinkle remaining tsp of gold leaf decoratively over cocktail.

SVEDKA’s “NYE Jelly Bites”

1 cup RUFFINO Moscato
1 pkg SVEDKA Unflavored Gelatin Mix
1.2 cup SVEDKA Raspberry Vodka
2 tbsp. multi colored sprinkles

Bring RUFFINO Moscato just to boil. Add to unflavored gelatin mix in medium bowl. Stir for two minutes until completely dissolved. Stir in SVEDKA Raspberry Vodka. Pour into 18 mini muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate two hours or until firm. Run knife around edges of gelatin cups to loosen from pan. Unmold gelatin cups. Top with sprinkles just before serving.

Alaskan Mule

2 oz. LEAF Vodka made from
Alaskan Glacial Water
1 oz. lemon juice
.75 oz. simple syrup
1 tsp. minced ginger
10 blueberries
club soda

In a cocktail shaker, muddle ginger and blueberries. Add lemon juice, simple syrup, and vodka. Shake and finely strain into a rocks glass. Top off with soda.

Hot Apple Rum

1 part Sugar Island Spiced Rum
2 parts apple cider
2-3 slices of orange
3-5 cinnamon sticks

Combine ingredients in a crock-pot and stir, heat up and serve as needed. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
