Drawing some of culinary world’s biggest names, Tuck Hospitality Group, restaurant division of iPic Entertainment, hosted the premiere red carpet screening of “James Beard: America’s First Foodie” at iPic Theaters and The Tuck Room in the Fulton Market Building in New York City’s Seaport District. In attendance were Ted Allen, Marc Murphy, Jonathan Waxman and Sherry Yard.

Co-produced by Federici Films LLC and THIRTEEN PRODUCTIONS LLC’s American Masters, “James Beard: America’s First Foodie” is the first film to chronicle and celebrate America’s iconic chef and his lasting influence on the American food scene, documenting his pioneering life’s work that inspired the back-to-basics food movement of today.

The screening closed with a cocktail party at The Tuck Room complete with curated themed libations, including the Lobster Side Car, 12th Street Punch and TUCK Manhattan by Adam Seger, iPic’s Master Bartender and Advanced Sommelier. The inspired cocktails—named after memorable James Beard quotes—are available for order at The Tuck Room this week following the screening.
