A Rose Story
Ingredients:
2 parts Hendrick’s Gin
1 part Rose Petal Jam
½ part Lemon Juice
½ part Sugar Syrup
1 part Cranberry Juice
1 part Egg White
Method: Double Shake
Garnish: Rose Petals and spray of orange bitters and rose waters
Heart Throb
Ingredients:
2 Parts Ruffino Sparkling Rosé
1 Part Vodka
3/4 Part Lemon Juice
3/4 Part Pear Nectar
1/2 Part Simple Syrup
Method: In a shaker, place all ingredients except for the Ruffino Sparkling Rosé. Shake and strain into a highball glass with some ice. Top with the Ruffino Sparkling Rosé and garnish with sprigs of thyme.
Rum Mule
1 part HAVANA CLUB Añejo Clásico
2 parts chilled ginger beer
2 lime wedges
2 dashes aromatic bitters
Method: Fill highball glass with ice and squeeze in lime wedges. Pour in HAVANA CLUB Añejo Clásico rum and ginger beer. Complete by adding a dash of bitters and stir gently.
Garden of Curiosity
Ingredients:
2 parts Hendrick’s Gin
½ part Velvet Fallernum
½ part Agave Syrup
¼ part Grapefruit Juice
¾ part Lime Juice
Lavendar Bitters
Topped with champagne
Method: Combine all except fiz in shaker and shake hard over ice. Double strain into glass and lengthen with champagne.
