Balloons, party poppers, confetti cannons and more are simply the first course this New Year’s Eve at the recently opened CUT by Wolfgang Puck at the Four Seasons Downtown.
Start the year right with an exclusive four course menu by Wolfgang Puck for only $165 per person (First Seating 5:00 – 7:30PM) and $195 per person (Second Seating 7:45 – 11:00PM).
Select from an array of culinary creations such as the Hokkalido Scallop Crudo with French black truffle and black rice to start, followed by the Bone Rib Eye 20 oz steak, aged 28 days, paired with roasted baby Brussel sprouts and finished off followed by Baked Alaska, Dolce de Leche ice cream and young coconut gelato, curated by Celebrity Chef Wolfgang Puck.
