Weekends in October, including Columbus Day.

The farm stand is open every day July 1 – October 31 from 9am – 6pm
(After Labor Day their hours are 10am – 5pm.)

You can take a hayride or pick your own pumpkin & apples. Silverman’s has a wonderful market where you can buy one of their amazing homemade pies to take home. OnOctober 16 and October 30 you can enjoy live music at the Animal Farm, where you can pet the animals and have some kettle corn.

Walk up to the barn and grab yourself a half bushel pick your own bag and take a tour of Outhouse’s orchard as you find the best apples to fill your bag with (pre pay $25.00 for your apple bag and the orchard).
If you are looking for pumpkins there is a wide selection of pumpkins, gourds and Halloween decorations that will get you in the fall spirit.

Elwood Pumpkin Farm – Long Island

Elwood is Long Island’s best pumpkin picking off the vine. Unlike most other farms in the area, their pumpkins are grown in our fields, not just delivered and rolled out.
You are invited to pick off the vine and experience how fresh a pumpkin can be. There is no admission charge for picking. Pumpkins are priced by size. Have fun in our child corn maze and on a hayride.
