Dr. Luiza Petre of Medi-Weightloss Clinics hosted 100 guests for “Sips for a Skinny Summer” in celebration of the 17th Annual ‘PLAY FOR P.I.N.K’ Golf Tournament in support of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation at Beautique on May 19. The evening’s guest of honor was PLAY FOR P.I.N.K’S  Chairwomen, Jane Pontarelli.

Dr. Petre of Medi-Weightloss clinics designed a cocktail menu using Pasion’s Pink Tequila, the cocktails served were all under 125 calories per serving. Dr. Luiza Petre also curated a Healthy Summer Menu with the help of Beautique’s culinary team which was offered after the event in the restaurant’s main dining room. The doctor gave some great tips on how small changes in your daily lives can have a huge impact in relation to breast cancer prevention.  Cardiologist, Dr. Luiza Petre, focuses primarily on weight loss, and recently opened her Medi-Weightloss clinics in midtown Manhattan at (115 E 57th Street).

The 17th Annual Play for P.I.N.K., Golf Tournament for Women to benefit the Breast Cancer Research Foundation will be held on June 16th at the Hampton Hills Golf & Country Club. PLAY FOR PINK has donated $43.4 million to life-saving research since inception. Their volunteers raised $4,900,000 in 2015 alone.
