Below for a few selections from Davio’s Spring Cocktail Menu!
La Lavanda
Ingredients:
2 oz Hendricks Gin
.75 oz Lavender Syrup
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.5 oz Crème de Violette
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients, shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.
Las Oliva
Ingredients:
2 oz Olive Oil Infused Vodka
.5 oz Basil Simple Syrup
.75 oz Lemon Juice
.25 Green Chartreuse
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients, shake vigorously, strain into a martini glass, garnish with dash of olive oil and basil leaf.
Peachitini
Ingredients:
2 oz Tito’s Vodka .5 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Peach Puree
.75 oz Vanilla Simple syrup
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients, shake vigorously, and strain into a martini Glass. Garnish with fresh edible flowers.
