These delish smoothie recipes are easy to make, healthy, and actually taste great – get your greens and stay hydrated!
Savory Banana Coconut
1 banana
Handful for strawberries
2 tbsp of peanut butter
1 tbsp of chia seeds
2-3 tbsp of coconut flakes
1 cup of almond milk
Almond Butter Probiotic
1 banana
Handful of blueberries
2 tbsp of almond butter
1 cup spinach
3 dates
1 cup almond milk
Tropical
1 Apple
1/2 mango
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1 cup kale (or spinach)
1 cup coconut water
Coco Coffee
1 1/2 Banana
2 tbsp cocao nibs
3 tbsp of coconut flakes
1 cup of coffee
Refreshing
1 mango
1 cup kale
handful of mint leaves
handful of raspberries
coconut water
Add your favorite protein powder to any of these to fuel your muscles. Or add a tbsp of spirulina powder for extra greens!
