Vanilla Mint Limeade Cocktail

Vanilla Mint Limeade Cocktail 
The perfect refreshing cocktail this holiday season!
NOTE: 24 Hour needed to prep.
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 vanilla bean, split
3 small fresh mint sprigs
3 cups water
3 cups fresh lemon juice (about 26 to 30 lemons)*
2 cups of fresh lime juice (about 20 limes)*
8 to 16 ounces Absolute Citron Lemon Vodka, about 1 to 2 cups, more or less to taste
I 4-Ounce Tin Sweetini Cocktail Rim Sugar
*2 (12fl) containers of frozen lemonade concentrate
Combine sugar, vanilla bean, 3 small fresh mint sprigs, and water in a medium saucepan.
Bring mixture to a medium heat; make sure to stir while heating.
Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool in refrigerator over night.
Pour through a fine wire-mesh strainer into a larger glass pitcher.
Stir in Vodka.
Stir in crushed ice.
Garnish with fresh limes, lemons and mint.

Fresh Mint
2 lemon & lime slices per glass
Optional: Dip the rim of glass in lemon juice, then place rim of glass in Sweetini Cocktail Rim Sugar.
For a Non-Alcoholic recipe replace the vodka with Fresca Citrus Soda or Sprite Zero and serve in a champagne flute. Garnish with a candy cane.
